Job Summary: We are seeking a Marine Electrician for our expanding fleet, working aboard modern, high-tech vessels engaged in dynamic and complex operations. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain electrical and lighting systems functioning properly We are looking for a Marine Electrician to join our rapidly expanding fleet in Brazil. You will have the opportunity to work aboard a modern fleet of vessels with high technological capability and participate in dynamic and highly complex operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Perform tasks as instructed by the Engineering Officer in the Engine Room; * Maintain all electrical and lighting equipment and installations in proper working condition; * Be present in the Engine Room or at another previously designated location during vessel maneuvers or emergency situations; * Inspect in advance communication systems, lighting systems, cranes, winches, all electrical and electronic automation and control equipment, ensuring they remain in good working condition; * Immediately report any irregularities observed during inspections to the Engineering Officer in the Engine Room; * Assist the Chief Engineer in managing inventory of spare parts for electrical materials and equipment; * Carry out scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs for installations related to your duties under the supervision of the Engineering Officer in the Engine Room; * Verify compatibility of newly installed onboard equipment with the vessel's electrical supply; * Keep installations, equipment, and tools assigned to you in good operational, organizational, and clean condition; * Participate in tank cleaning operations when requested by the Second Officer and/or Chief Engineer; * Verify validity of your "Maritime Health Certificate" and ensure its renewal prior to expiration; * Participate in integrated operations; * Take precautions and contribute to preventing marine environmental pollution; * Work carefully and technically, using required PPE to safely perform your duties and ensuring other personnel involved also use them; * Know your role and all others described in the vessel's Emergency Drill Master Table; * Familiarize yourself with the distribution and operation of the vessel's safety and lifesaving equipment; * Participate in risk assessments prior to activities. **Requirements** Cir III/7; Valid maritime certificates; Offshore experience and experience in the role of ELT; Technical knowledge of onboard equipment, materials, and operations; Intermediate/advanced English is desirable.
