**We are seeking a Maintenance Planning Technician to work at our base in MACAÉ, whose mission will be to actively support the company's Maintenance department.**
**Responsibilities and Duties*** Plan, control, and execute the integration of the system (Software), asset reliability techniques, and departmental KPIs to ensure the highest standards of fleet reliability and availability.
* Implement technical and economic methodologies to ensure the evolution of corporate maintenance—from planning through to asset management;
* Generate departmental KPI reports to produce reliable information sources that enable the design of structural and innovative solutions for continuous improvement;
* Execute the integration of the system (Software), asset reliability techniques, departmental KPIs, and QSMS policies to achieve the goals outlined in the strategic maintenance plan and ensure comprehensive operational safety;
* Plan maintenance strategies for the Holding’s equipment to ensure compliance with and execution of defined objectives;
* Control and plan monthly maintenance scheduling to ensure compliance with and execution of defined objectives;
* Prepare maintenance activity reports to guarantee achievement of reliability and availability KPIs;
* Conduct periodic onboard visits to perform inspections, surveys, and technical data collection;
* Assess mechanical systems and onboard equipment conditions;
* Support maintenance and repair planning;
* Monitor new construction, ship repair, and maintenance (dry-docking) processes;
* Ensure QSMS processes are incorporated into all defined maintenance strategies to guarantee compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and customer expectations;
* Be responsible for workplace sustainability in accordance with available control tools;
* Familiarize\-self with Baru Offshore’s Safety Culture tools;
* Follow QSMS policy and its guidelines, standards, and complementary procedures;
* Immediately report to supervisors any signs of accidents, incidents, or hazardous occurrences present in the workplace, and cooperate fully in all investigations conducted;
* Cooperate with company leadership and process managers to achieve the objectives of Baru Offshore’s Safety Culture;
* Ensure all PPE and pollution prevention and response equipment under direct supervision is used correctly and receives appropriate maintenance;
* Be responsible for maintaining good conditions in their workplaces;
* Avoid reporting to work under conditions that may compromise the safety of assigned activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Required: Technical High School Diploma (Electrician, Electrotechnology, Automation, Industrial Electronics, or related fields)
Desirable experience in:
* Project planning and execution, preparation and control of assessments;
* Mechanics, Hydraulics, and Electrical systems
Knowledge:
* Microsoft Office Suite
