Job Summary: This position supports the procurement and supply team in price quotation, supplier negotiation, order tracking, material and service registration, as well as assisting in market research and document organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support in conducting quotations and negotiations with suppliers 2. Order tracking and supplier data management 3. Administrative support to the procurement and supply team **Main Responsibilities:** Support price quotations for products and services by requesting proposals from various suppliers.Assist in negotiations for low-value items to secure better pricing, delivery terms, and quality.Track purchase order issuance and control within the system, ensuring accurate information recording.Support supplier data registration and updates in internal systems.Monitor material and service deliveries, verifying compliance with purchase orders and flagging discrepancies.Assist in market research and proposal analysis to identify new suppliers and pricing trends.Organize physical and digital procurement department files (quotations, purchase orders, contracts, reports).Provide administrative support to buyers and the supply team for daily operational needs. **Requirements:** Preferably enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program;Microsoft Office Suite **Benefits:** Internship allowance Transportation voucher Meal voucher Food voucher Life insurance Well-being package (Total Pass \+ Clude) **About the company:** Subsea Drilling is a Brazilian company formed by a team with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, aiming to deliver well services with safety, reliability, and high operational efficiency.
