**Overall Purpose of the Job** ------------------------------ Responsible for ensuring worker safety and health, preventing accidents through the identification and control of technical and human risks. Promotes integration between people, processes, and the work environment to reduce human errors and enhance operational safety. **Key Activities and Accountabilities** --------------------------------------- * Conduct safety inspections in operational areas, equipment, and facilities, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions. * Guide and train teams and employees on safety regulations, proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and emergency procedures. * Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and proposing measures to prevent recurrence. * Participate in internal and external audits, as well as safety meetings. * Support environmental management and control of environmental risks associated with operations. * Implement Awareness Programs related to Human Factors. **Job Knowledge and Qualifications** ------------------------------------ * Vocational training in Occupational Safety, properly registered with MTE. * Proven experience in occupational safety, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector. * Good communication skills and ability to train and guide teams. * Office Suite proficiency. * Advanced English.
