Carry out occupational safety activities, working preventively to eliminate or reduce the risks of workplace accidents/occupational diseases, while ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation **Responsibilities and Duties** * Carry out occupational safety activities, working preventively to eliminate or reduce the risks of workplace accidents/occupational diseases, while ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation; * Manage the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and the fire brigade, aiming to implement corrective and preventive solutions for workplace accidents; * Demonstrate, through documentation, the company’s actions toward continuous improvement in order to reduce the number of workplace accidents; * Provide assistance in cases of workplace accidents and investigate their causes to prevent recurrence; * Develop occupational safety training programs, including awareness-raising initiatives and dissemination of safety regulations, aiming to foster a preventive safety mindset among employees; * Maintain occupational health and safety documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements (NRs, PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, etc.); * Conduct studies and prepare preliminary risk analyses (APRs); * Record traffic accidents involving vehicles belonging to the company fleet; * Conduct safety inspections in operational areas; * Periodically perform checklists to verify the condition of machinery, equipment, and tools, ensuring they are fit for safe use; * Participate in the client’s safety committee, where applicable; * Conduct periodic safety inspections of company fleet vehicles and employee transportation vehicles to ensure necessary safety conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Technical degree in Occupational Safety * Experience: 3 years ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
