




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, supporting, guiding, and executing safety inspections, studies, and training, as well as leading teams in emergency control. Support in accident analysis and implementation of preventive measures Scope of Services: a) Plan, support, guide, and execute: * Daily area inspections, recommendations, and, when necessary, request maintenance on equipment, safety instruments, and facilities; * Studies, assessments, and inspections of working conditions with regard to safety aspects; * Theoretical and practical safety training aimed at keeping workers informed and trained on applicable standards and procedures. b) Lead and guide teams in emergency control, including vehicle operation, emergency response equipment and systems operation; c) Perform other tasks necessary for carrying out their duties, such as: * Supporting the definition of preventive and corrective safety measures, and acting and guiding their implementation; * Supporting, guiding, and participating in the analysis and investigation of accidents, incidents, and deviations, aiming to identify root causes and contribute to corrective and preventive action plans; * Collecting, analyzing, and providing data related to safety indicators, consolidating and critically analyzing data, and proposing recommendations to correct identified performance deviations; * Planning, developing, and participating in safety and behavioral audit programs; * Guiding and updating computerized management systems within their area of responsibility; * Planning and executing hazard identification and assessment activities for environmental hazards, as well as anticipation and control actions regarding worker and environmental exposure, acting preventively; * Guiding, developing, updating, and implementing procedures, instructions, manuals, regulations, legislation, and related documents pertinent to their area of responsibility; * Adapting VIBRA’s procedures and standards to their area of responsibility; * Developing and reviewing emergency plans in coordination with all involved parties; d) Participate in processes ensuring compliance with regulations related to safety, health, environmental protection, management systems, and social responsibility, thereby guaranteeing smooth business operations and achievement of targets; e) Develop and implement the training matrix.
