It has 460 beds, including 80 ICU beds, and 16 operating rooms. HMDCC specializes in clinical, surgical, and stroke emergency and urgent care, with referrals coordinated and regulated by the Belo Horizonte Municipal Health Secretariat’s Hospital Admission Center.
