**Description** Work in the laboratory carrying out management, planning, registration, scheduling and monitoring of the sampling process, from planning for the shipment of supplies to receipt of the sample. Base – Imboassica – Macaé – RJ 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday **Responsibilities and attributions** Management, control, planning and scheduling of sample and material shipments and receipts (sampling kits, cylinders and materials supporting the analytical process); Updating, managing and issuing location and loss reports; Control and tracking of **Transport Requests (TR)** for shipment, collection and receipt; Monitoring the transportation of samples/materials between operational units, Petrobras bases and subcontracted companies; Preparation of demand, scheduling, receipt and sample status reports; Control and analysis of hydrostatic test certificates and deadlines; Negotiation of demands and support in meetings with Business Units; Planning and scheduling of **environmental sampling** and specific monitoring projects; Registration, updating and management of samples in the **LIMS system**, including internally performed collections or those carried out by subcontractors; Operation and updating of control spreadsheets and **SAP** and **LIMS** systems. **Requirements and qualifications** Technical qualification in **Chemistry** or **Logistics**; **Experience** in similar activities; Knowledge of **laboratory safety**, **SAP**, **BW**, **Excel (pivot tables)** and **Office suite**. **Chemical Laboratory Assistant** course – 214 hours
