Here, you’ll be challenged to propose new solutions and ways of working, optimize the use of existing tools while ensuring compliance with frameworks and policies, and continuously monitor and improve the security posture of the environment. Our team oversees all security operations, implementing and managing technical solutions to ensure cybersecurity across on-premise, cloud, and endpoint environments. Our pillars are Monitoring, Defense, and Operations. You will join a collaborative and multidisciplinary team. The Technology Operations Superintendence comprises areas such as Technical Support, Infrastructure, Change Management, and Core Banking. Thus, you will serve as the security reference point for all these areas—playing a key role in developing and executing projects and supporting technical security decisions from an engineering perspective. **Responsibilities and Duties**: 1) Propose and autonomously execute Cybersecurity projects; 2) Serve as a technical support point for other analysts in the area; 3) Review, document, and adapt area processes; 4) Understand and execute new activities proposed by internal areas and partners; 5) Manage patches and vulnerabilities across the environment; 6) Develop new features and automations within the Security environment. 7) Participate as the responsible analyst in projects, defining deliverables. 8) Proactively anticipate potential security issues in the Omni environment; 9) Support other Technology areas in understanding and resolving recurring issues; 10) Monitor the security posture of Omni’s technology environment; 11) Serve as Level 2 (L2) support for SOC (Security Operations Center) requests; 12) Identify and resolve Cybersecurity issues; 13) Address requests logged by employees and business partners in management tools (SS); 14) Escalate and convene L2 or L3 analysts to resolve security-related issues; 15) Install, administer, and maintain Cybersecurity services. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills and Behaviors** 1) Self-management 2) Interpersonal skills 3) Sense of urgency 4) Business-critical thinking 5) Process-oriented mindset 6) Project activity execution 7) Autonomy in leading project activities 8) Proactivity 9) Creativity in problem-solving 10) Communication **Technical Knowledge** 1.
