As a **Junior Risk and Intelligence Operator**, you will play a critical role alongside the SOC (Security Operations Center) team to identify, analyze, and support all incidents that impact—or have the potential to impact—our client’s business, employees, and/or reputation. The SOC **Operator** monitors cameras and alarms, responds to associated calls via telephone and radio, operates access control technology, provides general assistance to employees and visitors, and collaborates with security teams to develop mitigation strategies and report relevant information to management. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor alarms, access controls, and video equipment; * Activate the client’s Facilities teams and/or incident and emergency response teams—including police, fire departments, and medical emergency teams—as needed, via telephone and/or radio; * Respond to routine and emergency calls received from various Latin American countries; * Maintain records of communications and events; * Use internal and external resources to collect and manage intelligence on events occurring both nationally and internationally that may impact the client; * Serve as liaison across all departments and the Physical Security department; * Responsible for real-time dissemination of information regarding unusual/critical events. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Fluent English; * Fluent Spanish (Desirable); * Prior experience in international customer service; * Knowledge and proficiency in systems, hardware, and software; * Strong communication skills; * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills; * Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal direct supervision; * Multitasking ability, with capacity to discern patterns in detail; * Self-control for decision-making in diverse situations. ### **Additional Information** * Medical and dental plans with no co-payment, extendable to legal dependents; * Meal and transportation benefits (VR and VT) with no payroll deductions; * Gympass; * 100% on-site work.
