Job Summary: Supervise, coordinate, and lead the offshore assembly team, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to deadlines for vessel, tank, and spool repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Offshore team leadership in assembly and repairs. 2. Focus on safety, quality, and deadlines in the offshore environment. 3. Preparation of daily reports and resolution of technical issues. Verify the manufacturing and assembly of spools and accessories, as well as vessel, tank, and reservoir repairs; ensure that required materials, equipment, and tools are available and used efficiently; identify and resolve technical or operational issues arising during the assembly process, complying with applicable procedures and regulations; conduct daily safety dialogues with the team regarding risk conditions and accident prevention prior to commencing scheduled work; supervise, coordinate, and lead the offshore assembly team, ensuring all team members comply with established safety, quality, and deadline requirements, and record performed services in daily reports; prepare daily reports on activity progress, incidents, hours worked, and other relevant data for project monitoring. Requirements: Completed Technical Education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Oil & Gas (with active registration in the respective professional council, e.g., CFT); * Prior experience in this role; * Offshore experience in piping; * CBSP and THUET certifications; * Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; * A completed Bachelor’s degree, courses in people management and leadership, and intermediate English proficiency will be considered advantageous. → Completed Technical Education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Oil & Gas (with active registration in the respective professional council, e.g., CFT); → Prior experience in this role; → Offshore experience in piping; → CBSP and THUET certifications; → Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; → A completed Bachelor’s degree, courses in people management and leadership, and intermediate English proficiency will be considered advantageous.
