This role is responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in customer service for the **OFFSHORE SERVICE.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the process and completion of all services within the unit, ensuring excellence in customer service while fully complying with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative performance metrics within the unit’s scope to optimize its operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating or innovating initiatives that enhance unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for planning and preparing the unit’s annual budget, and ensure it is achieved—and even exceeded—throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task assignment. Establish clear communication and promote technical, behavioral, and health & safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Operate within large-scale Offshore/Hotel industry projects with variable POB (Personnel On Board). **Main Requirements:** * Academic qualification: Completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN 4 registration; * Prior experience in Offshore Units, Food and Nutrition Units (UAN), and similar settings; * Proven experience in leadership and team management, cost management, and inventory and procurement planning for offshore operations; * Valid certifications: Basic Platform Safety Certificate (CBSP) and Tropical Water Submerged Helicopter Escape Training (T-HUET); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, integrated systems, and regulations and standards related to food services. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency for conducting meetings, developing menus, etc. **Work Schedule:** * 14-days-on / 14-days-off rotation. **Benefits that care for your whole self!** At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
