Legal Intern: **Major Responsibilities and Activities****Role Purpose** * Contract control and management: System registration, term monitoring, inclusion of balances for supplier payments, and implementation of amendments requested by departments responsible for suppliers. * Contract analysis: Support in low-complexity analyses, preparation of addenda for term monitoring and price adjustments. * Research support: To resolve potential questions from departments, doctrinal and jurisprudential research is often required, including updates on legislative developments related to the subject. * Support in monitoring activities of external law firms and procedural tracking.
