The ideal candidate must have experience creating and executing manual and automated tests. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop Salesforce functionalities using Flow, Apex, and Lightning components * Support flow-based automations in business management and relationship processes * Collaborate with senior developers to implement scalable solutions * Participate in design discussions and contribute improvement ideas * Support data quality, controls, and operational reliability of the platform * Build understanding of private equity workflows and apply them in development **Technical Requirements:** * 3 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience * Mandatory experience in financial services, private equity, asset management, banking, or insurance environments * Solid foundation in declarative and programmatic development on Salesforce * Experience with complex object models and automation * Familiarity with compliance, audit, and data governance concepts in financial services * Willingness to take ownership of work and operate with limited direction **WHY CAPCO:** At Capco, we foster an inclusive culture.
