**What we expect from you:** * Collaborate with the team to discuss technical solutions and analyze business requirements; * In-depth knowledge of CRM and the Service and Financial Clouds; * Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, and teamwork; * Sense of priority and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time; * Analytical thinking to solve complex challenges and anticipate potential issues; * Stay up to date with releases, features, and best practices of the tool. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, or related fields; * Automation tools such as Flow, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes; * Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and access control; * Knowledge of Sales, Service, and Financial Cloud; * Metadata deployment; * DevOps or other software development lifecycle experience, including Git (or another SCM), CI/CD, pipelines, support processes, and branching strategies; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Best practices for developing Apex classes, Triggers, and custom solution components; * Microservices, REST and SOAP Web Services; * Salesforce certifications are considered a plus; * Knowledge of other technologies such as Java, Kafka, AWS, Node JS, and Python will be considered a plus; * Intermediate level of English.
