Thus, the Guarantees Tribe directly contributes to business sustainability and community economic development, aligned with the cooperative values that make Sicredi a unique institution. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop robust and scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot. * Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception through production deployment. * Implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation and delivery quality. * Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests, promoting quality and reliability practices. * Integrate and manage relational databases, as well as work with Kafka and its connectors. * Work with JPA/Hibernate and Kubernetes for application orchestration. * Ensure application observability using metrics, logs, and monitoring to continuously improve operations. * Apply and disseminate best practices for software resilience, ensuring fault-tolerant systems and high availability. * Collaborate with other teams, fostering alignment and clear communication. * Propose innovative solutions to technical and business challenges. * Document architecture and technical decisions to facilitate understanding and evolution of solutions. * Contribute to the technical development of other engineers on the team. * Seek and apply feedback for continuous improvement, maintaining a collaborative and proactive attitude. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid backend development experience. * Proficiency in Java + Spring Boot. * Practical experience with relational databases. * Proven experience in unit, integration, and E2E testing. * Knowledge of Kafka / Kafka Connectors. * Experience with Maven / Gradle. * Hands-on experience with JPA / Hibernate. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Proactivity and strong communication skills. * Ability to make collaborative decisions, considering impact on the whole. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with Prometheus. * Knowledge of in-memory and NoSQL databases. * Experience in backend application architecture. * Knowledge of application security by design. * Advanced CI/CD experience. * Ability to document architecture (diagrams). * Experience with performance testing. * Cooperative and proactive mindset. * Experience in mentoring and developing other software engineers. **Additional Information** **\*THIS FIELD IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR PEOPLE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS\*** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days onsite at the company headquarters located at Av.
