Job Summary: Professional responsible for recording tax documents, verifying taxes, and preparing ancillary obligations, while monitoring tax legislation and supporting various departments. We tailor our approach to each construction site’s unique requirements to deliver optimal alternatives that enhance our clients’ productivity and results. **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE** \- Recording of tax documents (NF\-E; NFS\-E; NFC\-E; CT\-E; Rental Invoice; Debit Notes; Credit Notes), via XML/PDF; \- Verification of municipal, state, and federal taxes in input and output records, observing INSS, CSRF, IR, and ISS withholdings; \- Submission of ancillary obligations for companies taxed under the Real Profit regime; \- Control, verification, and submission of tax payment slips for withheld taxes across all government levels; \- Preparation and submission of monthly and annual ancillary obligations (DCTF/DCTF\-WEB, EFD Contributions, ECD, ECF, SPED Fiscal, EFD REINF, DIRF, DAPI, DES); \- Monitoring of tax legislation and its amendments, and analysis of applicability per client; \- Monitoring pending CNDs (Certificates of Tax Compliance); \- Support to procurement, warehousing, shipping, finance, and accounting departments; **REQUIREMENTS** \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; \- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; \- Experience with TOTVS RM system is a plus; \- Desired knowledge of CFOP classification, CST, DIFAL, ICMS/ST, DI process, application of Complementary Law No. 116, withholding taxes, non-cumulative PIS and COFINS, ISSQN (across multiple municipalities), CPRB under Article 8 of Law No. 12,546; **BENEFITS** \- Meal allowance or food voucher; \- Transportation voucher or fuel allowance; \- Basic food basket; \- Unimed health plan with co-payment (no monthly fee); \- Life insurance; \- Gympass; **Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. \*Fully on-site work at our headquarters in the Goiânia/BH neighborhood.
