Client relationship management. Operational support to instructors and partners. Assistance in organizing information for promotional material development. Knowledge Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational ability, responsibility, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Serve and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Prepare technical reports and opinions, correspondence, texts, and documents within the scope of work. Design, develop, execute, and monitor projects, research, policies, programs, and events in the field of expertise, either independently or jointly with public, private, national, or international institutions. Develop, implement, and update technical and administrative standards, institutional materials, procedural manuals, and processes relevant to the area of expertise. Plan, execute, and monitor budgeting and planning processes, including analysis of variables, scenarios, trends, and outcomes. Provide technical guidance and advisory support to professionals within the area of expertise and/or integrated teams. Advise management in decision-making. Develop training programs and deliver training sessions relevant to the area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Manage inventory of materials within the area.
