We are looking for a Sales Representative with solid experience in the healthcare sector, possessing a strategic, consultative, and results-oriented profile, to manage and expand our institutional client portfolio—including public and private entities. If you have B2B sales experience—especially in pharmaceuticals, hospital supplies, medical materials, or healthcare inputs—and seek an environment with clear rules, a structured commission plan, and real growth potential, this opportunity is for you. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 Main Responsibilities * Commercial and Strategic Activities: Conduct consultative sales, identifying the actual needs of clients such as hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and home care companies. * Manage complex accounts involving multiple decision-makers (purchasing managers, pharmacists, coordinators, and directors). * Prospect new clients and markets—including public, private, and third-sector sectors. * Participate in public tender processes and institutional procurement. * Use and monitor quotations on portals such as Petronect and similar platforms. Commercial and Operational Management * Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring control over opportunities at all stages. * Analyze sales reports, performance indicators, market share, and purchasing behavior. * Apply strategic pricing, adhering to internal policies, margins, and minimum mark-up. * Provide technical support to clients, understanding product specifications, materials, and hospital equipment; follow up post-sales to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and client retention. * Resolve logistical and operational requests promptly—particularly those related to critical deadlines and cold-chain logistics.
