Do these characteristics resonate with you? \#JoinBuritiGrupoBrasilTerrenos! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform engineering support activities related to data processing and construction site monitoring, as well as monitoring of involved third-party companies; Record invoices, approve and provision funds; Carry out auxiliary activities alongside civil construction project teams, monitor construction measurements, ensure execution of planned activities, and support on-site staff in meeting deadlines and quality standards; Assist in developing and controlling civil construction schedules; Collect data and complete relevant forms during site visits, submitting them to immediate supervisors within the established timeframe; Draft technical opinions, reports, information documents, technical reports, and other official documents containing surveys, maps, and summary tables of activities performed by the department, providing the Executive Board and management with information for decision-making; Support project approvals with utility providers and municipal authorities; Monitor and execute targeted maintenance activities in company buildings; Monitor procurement of construction materials, controlling and entering purchase orders into the system; Serve internal and external customers via phone, email, or in person, providing information and guidance while ensuring problem resolution; **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
