We are seeking a **Senior COMOS Application Administrator (Level 3\) (Siemens)** with a strong operational profile, responsible for daily platform support in Oil \& Gas projects and operations. The professional will ensure system stability, integrity of technical information, and compliance with engineering standards, serving as the primary point of responsibility for application maintenance, operational routines, and technical support for the application and project teams. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Execute and monitor COMOS application and database backup and restore routines. * Perform preventive and corrective application maintenance to ensure availability and performance. * Monitor COMOS logs, services, integrations, and processing queues. * Identify, analyze, and resolve data inconsistencies, synchronization errors, and operational failures. * Manage users, access profiles, permissions, and groups per security policies. * Verify integrity of technical data, engineering structures, and object relationships. * Support COMOS application updates, patches, and upgrades, including post\-implementation testing. * Support production and test environments, ensuring appropriate segregation. * Execute technical data loading, import, and export procedures. * Serve as the operational focal point for recurring incidents and requests related to COMOS. * Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to engineering and operations users. * Log incidents, problems, and changes, maintaining history and traceability. * Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and technical documentation. * Support internal and external audits related to technical information management. #### **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience as a COMOS (Siemens) Application Administrator. * Experience in Oil \& Gas environments, industrial plant projects, or engineering operations. * Practical experience with backup, restore, maintenance, and monitoring of systems. * Knowledge of databases (preferably SQL Server) and Windows Server environments. * Experience in analyzing and resolving technical data inconsistencies. * Operational capability with focus on system stability and reliability. #### **Desirable Requirements** * Experience integrating COMOS with document management systems, ERP, or other engineering tools. * Knowledge of ITIL or incident and change management processes. * Familiarity with automation, scripting, or verification routines (PowerShell, SQL, etc.). * Technical English for reading Siemens documentation and raising support tickets with the vendor. #### **Behavioral Competencies** * Methodical, organized, and process\-oriented profile. * Attention to detail and critical thinking for fault identification. * Proactivity in incident prevention. * Strong communication skills for interaction with technical and engineering teams. * Ability to perform under pressure in critical environments. #### **Differentiators** * Prior experience in regulated Oil \& Gas environments. * Experience with technical information governance and engineering data lifecycle management. * Familiarity with ISO 19650 (BIM) processes. * Spanish **Moving forward together** We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
