Join us and become part of a company that transforms ideas into protection and care for the world. **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive, verify, and process documents according to established routines, standards, or instructions from supervisors, ensuring continuity of internal processes within the assigned department; \- Perform tasks such as document filing, typing, internal communication, document organization, and related activities; \- Support report preparation, indicator tracking, and general administrative support for the department; * Maintain spreadsheets, controls, and various reports to facilitate data access and analysis across departments; * Prepare reports and presentations upon request, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders; * Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, ensuring high-quality service; * Support departments within the area regarding their operational demands; * Assist in planning received orders, determining manufacturing and delivery timelines; * Support coordination efforts and provide updates on departmental processes; * Record invoices and monitor their approval status; * Register customers, suppliers, or third parties as required by the department; * Monitor budget-related matters and assist in preparing departmental budgets; * Prepare reports and/or presentations with requested data, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders; * Evaluate incoming orders in accordance with existing policies, under supervision; * Comply with safety regulations to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues. **MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:** Completed High School Desirable: 2 years of experience
