Our purpose is to Evolve, Value, and Optimize—creating innovative processes that transform our customers’ daily routines and drive the future of the industry. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Provide tutoring to guide customers in using the system for payroll department routines; * Support customers by clarifying questions about the payroll system, aiming for satisfaction in customer relationships—especially for those already using our products; * Stay up-to-date on system updates through online training, ensuring readiness to meet departmental demands; * Maintain a process-oriented mindset to propose improvements. * Provide customer support via TICKET/DISK **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM **Work location:** Lourdes **Work model:** Hybrid (remote work on Fridays) **To join our team, you should ideally:** * Have hands-on experience with payroll department routines; * Possess knowledge of payroll-related activities such as hiring, termination, vacation management, INSS, FGTS, DIRF, and eSocial; * Have prior experience in customer support. **Does this opportunity resonate with you?
