Be a \#TechloverCloud **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for performing preventive and corrective analyses of relational databases, especially Oracle and SQL Server databases; Plan and structure databases, ensuring optimal architecture, data integrity, access security, and identifying opportunities for improvement in database design and usage; Handle incidents, changes, and service requests; Install, configure, upgrade, and migrate database versions; Apply database patches; Monitor databases, analyze performance, and perform tuning; Administer replicas via Data Guard and GoldenGate; Assist in addressing bottlenecks or excessive resource consumption; Support/improve backup/restore routines; Analyze infrastructure and perform capacity planning; Proficiency in query tuning; Work in high-availability environments; Create and automate technical reports to share with our customers; Conduct *War Room* sessions to resolve critical incidents; Analyze and update BI tools (Power BI – Microsoft) **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s Degree – Completion Certificate Knowledge of ITIL V2 and V3 practices (Incident / Problem / Change Management) Experience administering Oracle databases (Multitenant, In-Memory, DW, Cloud, etc.); Knowledge of other database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.); Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate; Installation, configuration, and maintenance; RMAN (Backup/Recovery strategies); Export/Import – Expdp/Impdp; Real Application Clusters; Data Guard (Physical and Logical); Oracle Enterprise Manager; **Additional Information** At Telefónica Tech, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees!
