This position demands the ability to handle adverse traffic situations and maintain composure under pressure. * Operate the light-duty truck safely and responsibly, complying with traffic laws and company policies * Perform deliveries and pickups of goods according to instructions received, ensuring cargo integrity * Inspect vehicle conditions before each trip, including oil level, coolant level, and tire inflation * Keep vehicle and cargo documentation up to date, completing trip reports and delivery records * Report any mechanical issues or accidents occurring during transit and request necessary assistance * Maintain the truck’s condition and ensure both interior and exterior cleanliness * Follow route planning instructions to optimize deliveries and meet scheduled deadlines * Maintain communication with the logistics team for delivery updates and any route changes * Demonstrate strong traffic awareness, anticipating potential hazards and acting preventively * Proactively resolve issues and deliver high-quality service to customers
