Therefore, we are seeking a **Transportation Supervisor** to lead and develop the transportation team, ensuring deliveries are made **on time, safely, with quality and efficiency**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise transportation operations, ensuring on-time deliveries and adherence to established quality standards; * Lead teams of fleet leaders, assistants, and drivers, promoting alignment, operational discipline, and development; * Plan and optimize routes and resources to enhance productivity and reduce costs; * **Manage freight** (control, analysis, and negotiation), monitoring carrier rate tables, terms, and performance; * Track KPIs (SLA, cost, damages, productivity, incidents) and propose improvements; * Ensure compliance with transportation safety regulations and best practices, acting in incident prevention and resolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in transportation management and/or route planning; * Experience leading operational teams; * Familiarity with freight management and carrier negotiations; * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and operational/control routines.
