Driver support and service information management We seek dynamic professionals interested in joining the 24-hour assistance segment to provide automotive support services, especially towing and vehicle removals in the region. Respond to calls from corporate clients (insurance companies, assistance providers, and associations) received via telephone, chat, or e\-mail, and coordinate and monitor them until completion. **DETAILED DESCRIPTION** \* Maintain insurance company portals open and updated. \* Receive requests from corporate clients via telephone call, chat, or e\-mail. \* Register all service data in the system, ensuring traceability and availability of entered data. \* Dispatch drivers and convey all necessary information for service execution. \* Provide support to drivers regarding ongoing services. \* Report cases of driver unavailability, as well as relevant conduct and service-related situations, to the operations supervisor. \* Monitor services in real time via GPS. \* Properly close and value services. \* Record service completion in the system whenever the driver reports arrival at the service origin location. \* Electronically archive documents related to services. \* Send SMS surveys for completed services.
