Apply now and become part of our mission of excellence! **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** The primary mission of this position is to provide occasional services as required by the assigned post. This includes guarding premises, public and private areas, with the purpose of preventing, controlling, and combating irregularities; ensuring the safety of people and property; enforcing laws and regulations; receiving and monitoring the movement of individuals within both freely accessible and restricted areas; inspecting persons, cargo, and property; and escorting people and goods. **SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:** This position carries the same responsibilities as those of a standard security guard; however, the individual is notified in advance and must confirm acceptance or rejection of the assignment within 24 hours. Reporting all incidents occurring during the surveillance period to the immediate supervisor. Monitoring and regulating the movement and presence of individuals, vehicles, and material assets as a security measure, performing identification and registration procedures when required. Conducting systematic patrols and inspections throughout the company’s premises to prevent fires, thefts, unauthorized access, and other anomalies. Documenting incidents and actions taken during the shift in the incident logbook to inform the immediate supervisor and support decision-making for correcting identified irregularities. Performing systematic inspections and rounds across all areas of the assigned post to prevent situations that could jeopardize the integrity of the building, equipment, or the safety of staff and users. In exceptional cases, if requested, performing basic cleaning of weapons used at the post. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completion of the 4th grade of elementary school and a Security Guard Training Course; * Experience: Not required; * Knowledge: Refresher training in security courses and CNV certification. * Personal vehicle for commuting or easy access to the workplace * Availability to cover two shifts—day and night **SCHEDULE / WORK HOURS** * 12x36 work schedule * 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (as per demand) **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Salary: R$ 8.72 per hour worked * Hazard pay allowance * Transportation voucher * Meal voucher: R$ 37.85 per day **If you identify with this opportunity and meet the requirements, apply now and join our Security team.** Minimum Educational Requirement: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Qualification: *Security Guard, Extracurricular / Vocational Training Course
