An import/export company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant in Rio das Ostras. **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection processes. Engage in people management and provide support to employees. Execute general HR department routines. Manage and monitor electronic time tracking systems. Handle the full cycle of employee onboarding through termination. Administer and monitor benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, dental insurance, food basket, life insurance, funeral assistance, among others). Monitor vacation schedules, absences (INSS-related), and work-related accidents. Submit required documentation to clients. Organize and maintain active and inactive files. Support general HR tasks. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, or Training Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
