




Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills * Knowledge of RM System Desirable requirements: * Familiarity with GUPY and FLUIG systems. * Advertise job openings through internal and external channels. * Perform resume screening and conduct behavioral and technical interviews. * Manage recruitment process stages on the GUPY platform, ensuring updates and communication with candidates. * Support managers in defining job profiles and requirements, promoting strategic alignment. * Perform employee registrations and onboarding in the RM system, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements (practical knowledge of e-Social). * Request and verify documentation from new employees, ensuring data integrity. * Request and monitor the admission medical examination (ASO) through the occupational health clinic. * Monitor the onboarding process, promoting a positive experience for new employees. * Administer benefits such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, medical and dental plans, processing enrollments, changes, and cancellations. * Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries, clarifying doubts and resolving pending issues. 2511120202181657562
