Therefore, we dedicate ourselves to the ongoing pursuit of excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install FTTH; * Deploy aerial and underground optical cables; * Assist in repairs of the backbone network (main feeder cable for the network); * Remove inactive wires and cables; * Assist in replacing splice closures and terminal boxes; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; * Build customer relationships with a focus on resolving reported issues; * Support customers by guiding and directing them to resolve inquiries, ensuring full utilization of the contracted service; * Remain vigilant for commercially flagged work orders signaled by the desk supervisor; * Retain customers seeking cancellation; * Perform other related duties consistent with this position. **Prerequisites:** Driver's License - Category B **Education:** * Completed High School; * Driver's License Category B or higher is desirable; * FTTH network training courses are desirable; * FTTH network training courses are desirable; * Technical course in Information Technology is desirable; **Experience:** * Experience in customer service; * Prior experience in the Telecom field is a plus. **Knowledge:** * Basic computer skills; * Typing proficiency; * Basic residential network knowledge is desirable.
