With a personalized approach, it aims to connect talents with the right opportunities in the job market. **Responsibilities:** Will work at a cosmetics store performing the following activities: Manage and oversee the daily routine of the sales team. Conduct periodic meetings for team alignment and direction. Monitor and drive sales in the store. Support sales staff in customer service. Monitor and analyze store sales results and KPIs. Develop and implement action plans to improve results. Ensure execution of promotional campaigns and sales cycles. Address and resolve customer requests and complaints. Organize team work schedules. Supervise store organization, window displays, and product presentation. Ensure correct product pricing. Monitor inventory control and stocktaking. Supervise store and cash register opening and closing procedures. Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization. Perform store checklists and internal audits. Oversee operational and administrative processes of the unit. Previous experience as Sales Coordinator, Sales Supervisor, External Sales Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
