Performs simple cooking, sanitation, and workplace organization tasks. Prepare ingredients following instructions. Assist in pre\-preparation of dishes, performing tasks such as chopping, cutting, and washing food items. Perform simple cooking tasks, such as boiling water, cooking rice and eggs, and grilling basic foods. Plate dishes according to presentation standards. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of your workstation, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Wash dishes and kitchen utensils when necessary. Assist in receiving and storing goods. Organize and keep food and material storage areas clean. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Follow instructions from the Head Chef and senior cooks.
