Assists in organizing and cleaning the work area. Prepare doughs, creams, fillings, and toppings following established recipes. Bake cakes, pies, cookies, and other bakery products according to standards. Decorate and finish desserts, ensuring visually appealing presentation. Assist in assembling dessert plates. Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards. Ensure proper storage and preservation of ingredients and products. Report ingredient replenishment needs to supervisors. Assist in inventory control of materials and ingredients. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the pastry department.
