The professional will be responsible for preparing and performing painting services on interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes in compliance with company standards. Responsibilities * Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, applying filler, correcting imperfections). * Perform interior and exterior painting using various types of paints and materials. * Apply filler, texture, and sealers as required. * Perform touch-ups and finishing corrections. * Take care of used materials, tools, and equipment. * Follow safety regulations and good construction practices. * Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery and quality. Differentials * Experience in large-scale construction projects. * Basic knowledge of reading construction drawings. * Familiarity with light waterproofing techniques. Desired Profile * Proactive, responsible, and agile professional. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Attention to detail and focus on fine finishing. Minimum Requirements Requirements * Proven experience as a construction painter. * Knowledge of applying filler, texture, varnish, and other painting techniques. * Ability to work at heights (when required). * Good organization and attention to detail. * Commitment to deadlines and quality.
