Performs equipment assembly and disassembly on site and prepares equipment for job execution. Ensures customer satisfaction with the service provided. Responsible for pre-mixing operations of fluid systems and managing chemical inventory at the well site. Responsible for fluid quality during service delivery, according to customer design and KPIs. Collects and distributes job-related data as required. Coordinates cleaning, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job. Uses competency processes to enhance employee skill development and job performance. Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Must be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards. Promotes and contributes to safety and environmental awareness. Promotes and actively participates in quality and continuous improvement processes.
