Team leadership in diagnostic and maintenance tasks **This position is open to Persons with Disabilities or individuals rehabilitated by INSS.** **Responsibilities:** * Participates in all daily operations and safety meetings, including toolbox talks, Task Risk Analysis (TRA), and promptly reports any issues using appropriate tools. * Maintains equipment, facilities, and work areas in safe and presentable condition. * Repairs HPUs and equipment (RCD, Bearing Assemblies, DSIT, Flow Spool) using necessary maintenance tools; * Conducts pressure and rotation tests on equipment and issues graphical reports; * Assists, performs, and may lead simple-to-complex diagnostic activities, scheduled preventive maintenance, and modifications across a wide range of electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment—including data acquisition systems and downhole tools—to determine root causes of failures and implement corrective actions per documented company procedures and policies, according to training level and competence. * Assists, performs, and may lead calibration tests and tasks for tools per documented procedures and policies, according to training level and competence. * Identifies improvement opportunities related to equipment, procedures, and documentation. * Completes Work Orders, AIRTs, PFTs, forms, checklists, repair requests, and ensures all relevant databases are maintained accurately. * Complies with time recording on Work Orders (WO), correctly logging system time tracking entries/exits. * Leads the team in executing all tasks detailed above. This includes diagnosing equipment problems, implementing corrective actions, and providing access to all documented R\&M procedures, work instructions, and relevant technical manuals—enabling the R\&M team to perform their work effectively and efficiently. * Ensures all field and workshop personnel follow corrective and preventive maintenance procedures, guaranteeing all failures are tracked to resolution with proper root cause analysis and implementation of previously determined corrective actions. * Leads the workshop and/or electronic laboratory, defining and assigning task schedules, evaluating quality, proficiency, and efficiency of performed work through regular inspections to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. * Requests parts, supplies, or equipment from approved catalogs or vendors per Weatherford guidelines and procedures. * Supports and implements LEAN initiatives and participates in the unit’s continuous efficiency improvement program. * Estimates costs for repairing machinery, equipment, or building structures. * Performs other tasks and activities safely as assigned by the supervisor, within the physical limitations of the position. **Technical Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course (Instrumentation, Automation, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields) with active CFT; * Minimum 5 years of experience in repair and maintenance within the O\&G industry; * Prior MPD experience (Desirable); * Basic English.
