Responsibilities: * Prepare materials and equipment required for surface treatment and painting, according to specifications; * Inspect and prepare surfaces prior to treatment, assessing weathering, contamination, weld spatter, sharp edges, gaps, and other irregularities; * Inspect surfaces after treatment to ensure they are ready for painting and free from contamination; * Perform physical\-chemical cleaning of surfaces using manual and mechanical tools, as well as touch\-ups when necessary; * Prepare paints according to technical procedures and industrial painting specifications; * Apply paint using roller, brush, and/or spray gun, according to the appropriate technique; * Clean and maintain painting equipment after use, replacing components when necessary; * Carry out activities using rope access techniques when required, ensuring safety and compliance in operations; * Participate in technical and behavioral training as required by the company; * Take care of equipment, instruments, and workplace organization; * Comply with **HSE** standards and procedures defined by the company and applicable legislation; * Properly use **PPEs** and **collective protective equipment** in mandatory areas; * Immediately report risks, accidents, or near\-misses to the supervisor and HSE department; * Attend mandatory safety, health, and environmental training; * Collaborate in actions aimed at preventing occupational accidents and diseases; * Protect the environment through proper waste segregation and conscious use of natural resources. ? Requirements: **Education:** * High school diploma * **Industrial Painter** course (mandatory) * **Updated CBSP and HUET/T\-HUET** (mandatory) * **NR\-33 and NR\-35** (desirable) * **IRATA** certification will be considered a differentiator **Experience:** * Previous proven experience as an Offshore Painter is desirable * Knowledge in surface preparation, industrial painting application, and equipment handling ?
