We seek a responsible, organized professional with leadership qualities to serve as Kitchen Chef. The role entails kitchen management, ensuring dish quality, adherence to technical specifications, and compliance with restaurant-established standards. The candidate will handle inventory control, purchase requisitions, team organization, production monitoring, cost and waste control, and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. We expect someone with team leadership experience, strong communication skills, agility, commitment, and schedule flexibility. Practical experience in a professional kitchen and knowledge of good food handling practices are essential. Prior experience as a Kitchen Chef or Sous Chef will be considered an advantage.
