In the role of Human and Organizational Development Analyst, you will be responsible for training employees and optimizing the organization through planning, implementation, and monitoring of development strategies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in talent assessment processes, identifying competencies and development opportunities to enhance employee growth; * Plan and coordinate initiatives such as corporate training, coaching programs, career plans, and competency development activities; * Lead performance evaluation processes, goal tracking, feedback delivery, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs); * Conduct climate surveys and develop programs to strengthen company culture and values, promoting a positive work environment; * Participate in job profiling analysis and interview processes to attract and select top talent for the organization; * Facilitate onboarding of new employees, supporting their adaptation to the company; * Contribute to developing change management strategies, succession planning, and overall organizational performance optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory**: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role or related activities. **Desirable**: * Knowledge of HR routines (Performance Evaluation, Career Planning, Succession Planning, Climate Surveys, Institutional Onboarding, Change Management, etc.); * Familiarity with People Development Programs (Trainee Program, Internship Program, Apprentice Program, Leadership Development Program, among others); * Knowledge of Performance Management Systems \[Feedz (TOTVS)]. **Additional Information** **Work Conditions** * Work location: Rio das Ostras \- RJ; * Employment type: Onshore; * Work modality: 100% in-person; * Working hours: 44 hours per week \- from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday. **Benefits** * Chartered transportation; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Health insurance plan extendable to legal dependents; * Dental insurance plan extendable to legal dependents; * Life insurance; * Gympass; * English language course.
