Diverse and inclusive work environment **Job Mission:** Responsible for planning, negotiating with clients, and monitoring equipment and tool maintenance services in accordance with contract requirements and OneSubsea Quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** **Planning and Operational Support** * Assist in developing schedules, structuring activities, dependencies, and milestones. * Support preparation of spreadsheets, reports, and progress presentations. * Conduct follow\-up on deliverables with relevant departments. **Cost and Resource Management** * Support project cost control and cost center management. * Update spreadsheets tracking worked hours, team allocation, and resources. * Assist with purchase requisitions, material reservations, and service bookings. **Monitoring and Control** * Track performance indicators (schedule, productivity, pending items). * Record events, basic deviations, and risks. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring organized documentation. **Interface and Communication** * Support meetings with engineering, maintenance, operations, procurement, and client teams, * Draft meeting minutes, decision records, and pending item follow\-ups. * Interact with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Education: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, and/or Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Petroleum, Civil, Electrical). * Knowledge of **project management**. * Familiarity with tools: MS Project, Primavera P6 (reading and updating), Intermediate Excel (tables, charts, formulas), Power BI (desirable), SharePoint or document management systems. * Understanding of: Schedules, SAP, Performance indicators (KPIs), Procurement processes, and technical documentation * Intermediate English (desirable) Benefits International Opportunities Global adventure, broad exposure, and limitless learning await you.
