Start your journey with us today. **Title:** Project Coordinator **Location:**Rio Das Ostras, BR **Job Closing Date:** 01/12/2025 **What will you be doing?** **Mission of the position**: Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in executing and completing projects within established timeframes and budget. This professional supervises specific parts of larger projects, focusing primarily on administrative and operational tasks. Works collaboratively with project teams and clients to ensure successful delivery of regional business objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and supervise project schedules, ensuring targets are met on time. * Demonstrate safe leadership and ensure all concerns raised by SMS (Safety, Environment and Health) are resolved before work begins. * Ensure lessons learned from previous projects are incorporated into planning. * Ensure all project incidents are reported, investigated, and necessary corrective actions are implemented. * Use and promote the use of knowledge management tools. * Assist in identifying and mitigating risks, as well as promoting opportunities within projects. * Monitor onshore/offshore operations and provide guidance to site managers. * Cooperate with other projects and departments to ensure overall efficiency of company resources, including vessels, equipment and personnel. * Ensure deliverables are produced across all departments according to internal procedures and on schedule. * Support identification, preparation and pursuit of contractual variation payments. * Provide feedback on team performance and assist in development as needed. * Maintain contact with the client to progress the project and ensure a professional working relationship. **What experience would we like you to have?** **Minimum requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed * Advanced/Fluent English * Experience coordinating projects of various sizes * Excellent ability to prioritize tasks * Strong decision\-making skills **Desirable requirements** * Postgraduate degree, MBA or specialization in Project Management * Experience and/or technical knowledge of ROV * Desirable experience/technical knowledge in ROV projects **An environment where you can thrive** We recognise that having a diverse team makes us a better, smarter team.
