We are confident that, day after day, we are building the future we envision — a future embodied in our purpose. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Field management and documentary management of construction sites; * Provide technical guidance on procedures to preserve life and physical integrity of all company employees, implementing mitigation/prevention measures for accidents and occupational diseases. * Ensure guidance on all applicable legal requirements for company processes, generating supporting evidence of their implementation. Monitor updates to current legislation specific to locations where projects are carried out. * Develop, evaluate, and review supporting tools for optimal operation of the SSMA Management System by implementing all operational and management tools comprising it. * Conduct inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and propose preventive and corrective measures; * Support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA); * Support budget management for procurement and distribution of PPEs, verifying equipment effectiveness, durability, and proper usage methods. * Act as a multiplier for specialized training programs in the area to enhance technical knowledge of other team members. * Accident analysis and investigation techniques; * Accompany audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (M.T.E); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); * Experience in the civil construction sector; **Desirable Competencies:** * Experience as an Occupational Safety Technician in residential building construction; **Additional Information** **What You Will Receive?** * Market-competitive salary; * **Meals:** Flexible Meal Allowance (VR); * **Health and Well-being:** Health insurance and dental plan; * **Mobility:** Transportation allowance; * **Discounts with partner companies:** Allya; * **Work Modality:** 100% on-site; More than building homes, we aim to build solutions.
