Job Summary: This professional will manage teams, optimize inventory processes, ensure safety and quality, and maintain customer interface. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on team safety and customer satisfaction Ensure team safety; Maintain absenteeism indicators; Create and manage KPIs; Interface with customers; Coordinate the team under responsibility, including training, performance evaluation, and motivation enhancement; Coordinate inventories (W2W, cyclic, and picking break); Analyze inventory results and develop action plans (corrective and preventive); Conduct periodic audits to assess inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with standards and regulations; Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of quality standards within the area of responsibility; Deliver and exceed expectations.
