




**REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma; Valid driver's license (Class B); Experience in sales. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Carry out all steps of the company's Sales Process during customer service, from initial customer approach through sales techniques to post-contact follow-up; Demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of product features, advantages, and benefits; Daily registration in the Syonet Sales System of all customer interactions via phone, e-mail, showroom visits, prospecting activities, vehicle demonstrations, test drives, negotiations, lost sales (with reasons), delivery scheduling, and follow-ups; Systematically prospect new customers using the company's internal databases or externally acquired ones to achieve individual sales targets; Monitor ongoing sales and other customer requirements to ensure fulfillment of all agreed-upon sales conditions; Stay updated on products and new launches; complete all training programs offered by the dealership and manufacturer; Propose special actions and terms to customers based on market opportunities and threats; Assist in verifying and displaying vehicles in the showroom; Participate in external events as needed, presenting vehicles and managing the sales process.
