Support legal programs and investigate accidents **Occupational Safety Technician – Cachoeirinha** **Salary:** R$ 3.500,00 + 20% hazard pay **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; meal allowance (R$ 25.00 per day); attendance bonus (R$ 200.00 credited to food allowance); medical and dental health plan (after 90 days); education assistance (after 90 days); and life insurance. **Responsibilities:** Conduct safety inspections in production areas; monitor critical activities such as work at heights, load handling, and operation of machinery and equipment; control and advise on the use of PPE and collective protective equipment; conduct daily safety talks (DDS), training sessions, and onboarding; support legal programs (PGR, LTCAT, and PCMSO); investigate accidents and propose preventive actions. **Requirements:** Completed technical course in Occupational Safety; active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); experience in the metallurgical industry; knowledge of applicable Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs).
