




Job Summary: Senior Mechanical Assembler (Level A) responsible for complex assemblies, precision adjustments, advanced interpretation of engineering drawings, and technical leadership. We are seeking a **Senior Mechanical Assembler (Level A)** to join our technical team. The professional will be responsible for highly complex assemblies, ensuring millimeter-level precision and compliance with rigorous engineering standards. Main Responsibilities * **Assembly of Complex Assemblies:** Execute full assembly of machines, devices, and special equipment based on detailed technical drawings. * **Precision Adjustment:** Perform fine adjustments, scraping of machine ways, alignment of linear guides, and leveling of large structures. * **Drawing Interpretation:** Advanced reading and interpretation of CAD technical drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics. * **Technical Leadership:** Guide and supervise Level B and C assemblers, ensuring quality and adherence to schedule for each phase. * **Testing and Commissioning:** Conduct functional tests (try-out), identify interferences, and propose improvements to the original design in collaboration with engineering. * **Advanced Metrology:** Use high-precision instruments such as electronic levels, dial indicators, internal micrometers, and laser alignment tools. What We Seek: * **Education:** Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * **Experience:** Solid senior-level industrial assembly experience. * **Proficiency:** Precision metrology and manual/electric tools. * **Profile:** Proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing a systemic project vision.
