




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields; * Proven experience in compensation, including development of salary structures and compensation policies; * Knowledge of ILP (Long-Term Incentive Plans) and executive compensation programs (preferably with direct involvement in designing and managing these programs); * Advanced Excel skills; * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience in developing compensation policies and building salary structures; * Responsible for compensation studies related to hiring and salary adjustments; * Knowledge of job description development; * Responsible for drafting and renewing collective bargaining agreements; * Experience with short- and long-term incentive programs and calculations; * Accurate and timely calculation of commission/incentive payments; * Will be responsible for identifying new benefits partners as well as maintaining existing contracted partners; * Monitor market trends and changes in government regulations to support the area and ensure that compensation and benefits programs comply with applicable legislation; * Participation across the entire meritocracy cycle; * Support on matters related to the Commercial team’s variable compensation. 2512210202551931565
