Chemical Products Distributor seeks a Logistics Analyst professional in Itajaí (Espinheiros). BSC Químicos is a company specialized in the distribution of chemical products. It offers solutions for various sectors, ensuring quality and safety in its services. **Responsibilities:** The professional will work in the logistics area, focusing on purchasing and managing national and international freight. On a day-to-day basis, they will be responsible for requesting international freight quotations from freight forwarders, keeping rates updated, and analyzing quotation spreadsheets to support defining the best option for each process. After selecting the freight, they will finalize arrangements with the freight forwarder and align internally with other departments to proceed with operational procedures. They will be responsible for contracting national road freight, primarily to serve sales in regions not covered by the company’s own fleet, performing quotations, negotiations, and relaying information to the commercial team to enable deliveries. They will manage container receipt, including contacting transport companies, defining routes, distributing volume among processes, monitoring scheduling, and controlling critical deadlines such as storage and demurrage. The role involves close monitoring of operations, resolving incidents, and supporting tax and operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and avoid additional costs.
