Come join our family! **Responsibilities and duties** * Review requests made in order to initiate the import and export process, prioritizing chronological order or internal client urgency; * Forward quotation requests to international suppliers; * Fill out the quotation spreadsheet with values provided by suppliers; * Identify the best supplier, aiming to prioritize lowest cost, best delivery time, highest quality, or other aspects according to the internal client's needs; * Generate Purchase Orders, which are submitted for approval by the responsible cost center managers; * Forward the approved Purchase Order to the supplier; * Request the proforma invoice from the exporter and request foreign exchange settlement for payment to the finance department; * Define the customs regime and monitor deadlines; * Monitor material readiness; * Analyze documents received from the exporter and forward them to the customs broker; * Quote and define international freight; * Monitor pickup at origin and customs clearance in Brazil; * Request and follow up on the nationalization process. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory**: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields; * Previous experience in purchasing materials and services focused on the oil and gas sector; * Familiarity with import and export laws and regulations, including customs documentation, tariffs, and trade agreements; * Special customs regimes; * Knowledge of Siscomex; * Knowledge of customs legislation; * Office suite; * Advanced English. **Desirable**: * Knowledge of ERP Totvs. **Additional information** **Working conditions** * Work location: Rio das Ostras \- RJ; * Regime: Onshore; * Modality: 100% in-person; * Working hours: 44h \- 07:30 to 17:18, with 1 hour lunch break, Monday to Friday\-feira. **Benefits** * Chartered transportation. * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Health plan extended to legal dependents; * Dental plan extended to legal dependents; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * English course.
